Strong understanding of CG production, 3D modeling, animation, and digital content creation. Strong understanding of AI use in the creative industry. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to lead and inspire a diverse creative team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
