Comprehensive Marketing Assets for a 12,000+ Unit Mixed-use Residential Development in San Francisco
The SF Shipyard is a 20-year, multi-billion dollar redevelopment project by Five Point. Together, the two San Franciscan communities will encompass 12,000 new homes, exciting retail and entertainment venues, ideally located commercial space, and hundreds of acres of parks and open space. Lennar partnered with Transparent House prior to groundbreaking to provide ongoing marketing support, which has resulted in an array of visual assets, from renderings, to live action & animated video, to interactive tools including VR and Sales Apps.
We created mixed-media assets for an array of international investors to secure financial backing for the first phases of development.
Initially, Transparent House partnered with Lennar Urban (now Five Point) in 2009 to provide conceptual renderings to help the project gain city approvals.
As the project transitioned into later stage development, Transparent House created renderings, floor plans, animations, apps and videos for on-site and sales center marketing.
As the development moves into subsequent phases, Transparent House continues to work with Five Point to produce visualizations as well as cutting-edge interactive media.
