PARTNERING WITH Five POint TO BUILD AN INTERACTIVE MOBILE APPLICATION TO SUPPORT SALES & MARKETING EFFORTS
To launch their proposed multi-phase 12,000 unit development, The SF Shipyard, Five Point partnered with Transparent House. Together we built a technology arsenal of digital collateral that featured a comprehensive interactive mobile sales application. The app was installed on mobile touchpad devices that are used by the sales team and on larger touchscreen tables that are available to Sales Center visitors.
Knowing a successful application deployment depends on the coordination of a wide array of elements, Transparent House took on the entire app – from design to development to hardware selection and installation. The result is a seamless and satisfying experience throughout.
Perhaps the most important feature a sales tool of this kind can have is a strong combination of beauty and functionality. We generated a series of photorealistic visualizations that portray all the benefits of purchasing a home at The Shipyard in a stunning and informative presentation.
Five Point utilizes state of the art technology to appeal to the tech-savvy buyer who will become a resident in one of the world’s most innovative communities. One of the challenges with this project was marrying the rich history of the surrounding neighborhood with the cutting-edge spirit of the emerging modern development. From our realistic renderings, to the “neighborhood” and “history” features of the application, and the authentically stylized wood finishing of our touch-screen table, each element aims to connect the user with the reimagined San Francisco Shipyard community while honoring its cultural legacy.
