Maximus came to TH seeking to breathe new life into the Park Merced neighborhood in San Francisco. They wanted us to find a hip way to create interest and excitement that would appeal millennials and empty-nesters alike. TH came up with a multi-tiered marketing campaign that included tongue-in-cheek copy, OOH advertising, and a comedic series of 30-second spots that aired on Hulu.
