To launch their proposed multi-phase 12,000 unit development, The SF Shipyard, Lennar Urban partnered with Transparent House. Together we built their technology arsenal and digital collateral including a comprehensive and critical interactive mobile application. The app was installed on mobile touchpad devices used by the sales team as well as larger touchscreen tables available to the sales centers visitors.

Lennar Urban utilizes state of the art technology to appeal to the tech-savvy buyer who will become a resident in one of the world’s most innovative communities. One of the challenges with this project was marrying the rich history of the surrounding neighborhood with the cutting-edge spirit of the upcoming modern development. From our realistic renderings, to the “neighborhood” and “history” features of the application, and the authentically stylized wood finishing of our touch-screen table application, each element aims to connect the user with the reimagined San Francisco Shipyard community while honoring its cultural legacy.
